Section 1 - Shipping Methods

We divide the time between the customer placing an order and receiving the product into processing time and shipping time
Processing time: 3-12 business days (due to the special nature of the lighting product, secure packaging is required)

Expedited Express: 9-14business days
Sea freight: 25-40 natural days
Shipping Country: USA
Logistics partners: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.

Note: Packages larger than 39 inches (100 cm) will generally default to shipping by sea. If you want to receive the package expedited, you can contact us for a solution.
If the package has arrived in the United States. When delivering the package, if it coincides with an official holiday in that country, the package will be delivered after the holiday.
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Out-of-stock products
Although we strive to keep all of our listed products in stock, we sometimes sell out of certain products. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will send you an email update as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue and keep that order or cancel it. If you keep this order, we will notify our partner manufacturers for production as soon as possible. And we will do our best to ship your order quickly.

Customized Products
Customized products are tailored to your needs, so it will take time and we will deliver within 5-15 business days if you confirm your order.

Section 3 - How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Orders must be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait before receiving your package is made up of delivery time and shipping time.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs office of the particular destination.

The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and we at lemaylighting.com are not responsible for them. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted for entry into a particular country.

1. What's Included in Our White Glove Service

When you choose our White Glove Service, our professional team will ensure your order is delivered safely and set up exactly where you need it:

• Room of Choice Delivery – We’ll place the item in the exact room of your home or office.
• Unpacking & Placement – All packaging materials will be removed and the product carefully positioned.
• Trash Removal – We’ll take away all packaging debris for proper disposal.
• Professional Handling – Service includes two experienced movers and a liftgate-equipped truck for safe unloading.

2. Pricing Structure

White Glove Service is charged separately from the base shipping cost, which is determined by the weight and volume of the product. Pricing for a single item is as follows (multi-item shipments may vary):

• Base Service -- Fee$99 -- Covers the standard service (2 movers, 1 floor, within 30 minutes).
• Overtime -- Fee$300 / 30 minutes--Charged if service exceeds the included 30 minutes.
• Additional -- Labor$150 / person / hour--For extra movers if the item is too heavy for two people.
• Stair Fee -- $50 / floor--Applies from the 2nd floor and above, if no elevator is available.

3. Factors Affecting the Final Quote

The total cost may vary depending on:

• Number of Products – Multiple items may require more time.
• Floor & Elevator Access –With elevator: No stair fee.Without elevator: Stair fee applies from the 2nd floor.
• Product Attributes – Weight, box dimensions, and total volume affect shipping and handling difficulty.
