 We offer free shipping within the United States. Delivery times are estimated on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.


Section 1 - Shipping Methods

We divide the time between the customer placing an order and receiving the product into processing time and shipping time
Processing time: 3-12 business days (due to the special nature of the lighting product, secure packaging is required)

Expedited Express: 9-14business days
Sea freight: 25-40 natural days
Shipping Country: USA
Logistics partners: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.

Note: Packages larger than 39 inches (100 cm) will generally default to shipping by sea. If you want to receive the package expedited, you can contact us for a solution.
If the package has arrived in the United States. When delivering the package, if it coincides with an official holiday in that country, the package will be delivered after the holiday.
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Out-of-stock products
Although we strive to keep all of our listed products in stock, we sometimes sell out of certain products. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will send you an email update as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue and keep that order or cancel it. If you keep this order, we will notify our partner manufacturers for production as soon as possible. And we will do our best to ship your order quickly.

Customized Products
Customized products are tailored to your needs, so it will take time and we will deliver within 5-15 business days if you confirm your order.

Section 3 - How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Orders must be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait before receiving your package is made up of delivery time and shipping time.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs office of the particular destination.

It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted for entry into a particular country.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you would like assistance with canceling your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

Important: You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent. After this point, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer wish to receive your package after it has been shipped, you can contact us to arrange a return once the package arrives.

If I receive a broken product, what should I do?

Firstly, you don’t need to worry about potential damage during shipping. Most of our products are securely packed in wooden crates, with additional protective layers such as cardboard boxes inside. This ensures that the products are well-protected and rarely arrive damaged.

Secondly, many of our customers have placed orders with us and have been highly satisfied with the condition of the products they received. Rest assured, we prioritize the quality of your purchase experience.

Finally, in the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we are committed to providing a prompt and effective solution.

How to return an item?

Return Instructions

  1. Do Not Use or Install: Keep the product unused.
  2. Original Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
  3. Request a Return: Email support@lemaylighting.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos/videos of the product. We’ll confirm eligibility within 48 hours.
  4. Shipping Back: If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns without authorization won’t be accepted. Use a tracked and signed shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost items.
  5. Refund or Exchange: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and issue a refund or exchange.
